Ash and Ember reflects the darker, quieter atmosphere of late October. The evening begins with Scarlett leading the ceremony with cacao, followed by a grounding meditation and breath sequence led by Blythe. She transitions into bowls and gentle vocal tones as the sound bath begins. During the sound bath, you’ll work with charcoal—building texture, contrast, and soft shadow. The process is expressive, minimal, and rooted in observing tone over detail. This session embraces autumn’s dimming light and the natural pull toward introspection.
