Join Lesley Conant of Awakened Energy for a relaxing Sound Journey designed to help you unwind, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, participants are invited to rest, receive, and experience stillness, relaxation and renewal.
This experience is offered on a love offering/appreciation donation basis. Only chairs are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
