Alternatively, there are many lovely cafés and restaurants within walking distance where you can enjoy a nourishing meal and some quiet reflection before returning for the afternoon session.
This break is intentionally spacious, allowing you time to integrate the morning's healing journey and honour your body's needs.

The Avalon Room is a beautiful and intimate space in the heart of Glastonbury, creating the perfect setting for deep healing, connection, and transformation.
Please note that access to the Avalon Room involves climbing several flights of stairs.
Throughout the day we will be engaging in gentle movement, conscious dance, embodiment practices, breathwork, and standing exercises.
No previous experience is necessary, and all movement is an invitation rather than an obligation. You are encouraged to honour your body and participate at a level that feels comfortable for you.
