AWAKENED BREATH offers a trauma-informed *CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK* journey designed to support nervous system regulation, release, self-awareness, and deeper connection with yourself.
*CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK* uses a continuous, intentional breathing pattern practiced over an extended period of time (~50 minutes). This temporarily shifts your brainwave state and physiology, allowing you to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness where deeper processing can occur.
This workshop begins with an overview of what to expect, an introduction to the breathing technique, and space for intention setting. We then settle into ~50 minutes of active *CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK* followed by time for grounding, integration, and a closing sharing circle. Participants will be guided every step of the way and encouraged to honor their own inner wisdom throughout the experience.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Holly Quiroz is a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. Her path to this work stems from her own profound healing journey, having navigated childhood trauma, chronic anxiety and depression, and the somatic aftermath of a decade-long emotionally abusive relationship. Having lived through severe nervous system dysregulation and a deep disconnection from her own body, Holly brings genuine empathy and first-hand understanding to her practice. In her sessions, she prioritizes safety, client agency, and empowerment, creating a gentle and deeply grounding environment.
