Kit qualified as a coach and holistic therapist seven years ago and has been practicing in private practice from Paris ever since. She works internationally, combining Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Quantum Energy Coaching, Gestalt therapy, coaching, somatic and energetic healing, and mindfulness practices. Kit specializes in grief, relationships, and emotional resilience, with a commitment to supporting transformation and healing for those with complex PTSD.
