A few times a year we invite top educators to weave their insights into our award-winning programmes. These retreats deliver the radical vibrancy that Aro Ha is known for with a unique sprinkle of wisdom from an impactful professional. We are pleased to be joined once again by the visionaries and co-founder’s behind Australia’s Warrior One Yoga, Nova Rosaia and Dustin Brown.With an extensive background in entrepreneurship, Nova simultaneously performs the roles of leader, mentor and friend. Dustin is a dedicated yogi, vedic meditator, yoga teacher and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. His teaching style encourages exploring the potential of the body through the practice of mindful movement. He is a qualified yoga teacher of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Acrovinyasa® and Yoga Tune Up®. Throughout the week at Aro Ha, Nova and Dustin will be guiding you through our award-winning programme, making it an enriching experience for all levels of yogis.
Our days will harness the power of nature, nutrition, mindfulness and much more. Small group sizes allow our professional staff to create a tailored experience while assuring safety and enjoyment.

Our bespoke approach begins with a one-on-one session and can be adjusted daily by our team.
