Spring is here and we are ready for it !

Join us to Awaken into Spring aliveness with Intentional Creativity painting !

Let’s explore the energy of Spring and what we are wanting to spark in ourselves through color, shape, and play. In this introductory workshop, we will experience the Intentional Creativity painting process to awaken and enliven Spring inspiration.

You will leave the workshop with your own painting on canvas expressing your symbol of Spring and new beginnings !

Intentional Creativity is about creating with mindfulness to allow deeper information from ourselves to come through. When we start with an intention, we can access our right brain deeper knowing and see what wants to come forth onto the canvas.

No special Art skills or other experience needed

This is a safe space to explore and play . No special art skills needed. This is not about painting a pretty picture or doing anything “right.”

We will move out of “overthinking” and open to discovering ourselves in the moment through creativity.

We are in challenging times and having a place to move what is inside and express ourselves is vital.

Everyone has creative energy to express. Some of us have "Art wounds" from the past, usually in childhood where we might have been told our expression was not good enough. This creates constriction and fear about even picking up a paintbrush.

My intention in this workshop is to help you free yourself from that narrative and discover your creative flow. There is no expectation for perfection in this workshop, it will be a safe space to discover.
