About the Event: Birthed in the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona, and experienced by hundreds, this sensory experience will bring you joy, curiosity, and deep connection with yourself, the food, and the community.

What to Expect: Experience a blindfolded 5 course dinner with an OPTIONAL WINE TASTING (must select in ticket ADD ON option) in a candlelit atmosphere. Imagine tasting the vibrant flavors of the world without sight, allowing your taste buds to fully immerse in the intricate symphony of spices, textures, and aromas from global cuisines. All dishes will be made with organic ingredients when available, with gluten free & vegan options available (WHEN REQUESTED AHEAD OF TIME VIA EMAIL), ensuring a meal that is both healthy and indulgent.

About Chef Renda Ruiz: Chef Renda Ruiz, originally from New Orleans, has traveled the globe, living in Central America and Japan. She has worked with renowned chefs and played a key role in creating and opening The James 710. With Kindred Kitchen, she offers pop-ups, dinner experiences, and chefs' retreats worldwide. Renda is passionate about engaging all senses and inspiring excitement through food, using bold and worldly flavors. She prioritizes sourcing local, organic ingredients and sustainable products.

Chef Jamie Harson- Owner & Head Chef of Scratch Farm Kitchen, Chef Jamie will be curating a wine pairing of natural wines from multiple different regions to accompany the flavors of the food and bring another mind blowing element into this dinner experience for those that choose to participate.
