The Enneagram doesn't put you in a box. It shows you the box you're already in and how to get out of it. It is a self-development personality tool that provides deeper insight into core motivations and fears driving behavior, needs, and interactions.

What to expect:

Understanding Enneagram as a Tool for Self-Discovery: You will learn how the Enneagram serves as a tool for self-development and provides insights into core motivations and fears that drive your behavior, needs, and interactions with others. As part of this workshop, you will take a paid assessment through IEQ9 (Integrative9) for a more accurate and personalized 23-page analysis.

Building Self-Awareness: Through Enneagram exploration, you will develop a deeper understanding of your personal strengths, growth opportunities, and overall dynamics with other personality types.

Exploring Paths for Personal Growth and Development: You will discover how the Enneagram not only identifies personality types but also outlines paths for personal growth and development, enabling you to work towards becoming a healthier and more balanced version of yourself.

Mini Yoga Flow: Since we will be doing so much introspection in the mental space, we will incorporate a 30-minute yoga movement practice at the end of this mini-retreat. A flow with 9 core poses corresponding with the 9 personality types will be offered to the group. No previous yoga experience is necessary and the movement will be beginner-friendly. If you are a practicing yogi, suggestions will be offered to deepen your practice by incorporating the core poses. We will end the mini yoga flow with 10-minutes of affirmation setting.

Jenny Suarez Kelnhofer, Masters in Educational Psychology

Jenny has spent the last couple of years immersed in the tech industry, specializing in the development and facilitation of transformative human potential programs. With a knack for crafting Enneagram workshops, she leads individuals and teams on a profound journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and unlocking their innate genius. She even traveled to India (yes India, not Indiana lol), to bring the meaningful session globally.

Beyond her corporate and non-profit roles, Jenny has nurtured a thriving side coaching business since 2016. Through her personalized coaching services, she empowers individuals to build self-awareness, amplify their competitive edge, and discover work that is truly fulfilling.

Jenny resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, two sons, and a lovable Bernese Mountain Dog.

Ashley Lopez, Masters in Educational Psychology

Ashley is uniquely qualified in the areas of assessment, personal growth, and wellness. She has been a practicing nationally certified school psychologist for the past 12+ years working with families to help with psychological well-being and social-emotional growth.

Ashley has also been practicing yoga for 21 years and teaching multiple forms of yoga for 7 years. She gained the certification of a Registered Yoga Teacher- 200 hour in 2018. She resides in Franklin, TN with her husband and two sons.

Within 3 days of registering, you will receive a separate Enneagram assessment link (it will come from Integrative9). Set aside 40 min to complete it. It is imperative that you complete this, even if you already know your Enneagram type. Note. This 23-page report is a $50+ value alone.

Once complete, you’ll receive a personal report via email. Review it - hold it lightly, see what resonates, and leave the rest. We are not merely “reports” but we can use them as starting points for conversation.

Note. We put a due date of 10/20 so you have time to skim through / process your report before your live group session on 10/23.
