Awaken your Inner Light: Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Sound Healing & Reiki

Join us for this experience including *Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Sound Healing and Reiki Energy Healing* that is designed to break you through your blocks. You deserve this time and space to recalibrate and set yourself up for success for the remainder of the year.

Emma and Tine have partnered up with their combined unique experience that will help you move through whatever block you are experiencing and support you in focusing on any goal you are going after. This will be a private experience as well, so if you are not looking to share what is going on, you will be able to release in your own privacy.

The practice will be done lying down and you'll be guided into a hypnosis journey followed by a two-part breathing technique to help you move from your mind into your heart and release what’s no longer serving you. You’ll then flow through a Reiki-infused sound healing meditation journey with Crystal Tone Alchemy bowls, wave drum and assortment of chimes played live. There will also be moments of connection to build community.

**Items to Bring to Class:**

- Wear comfortable layers you can lie down in

- Eye mask (optional)

- Water bottle

- An open mind and heart

- Avoid a large meal 1-2 hours before class

**About Emma** (she/her)

Hello, I'm Emma and I am a Transformational Hypnotherapist, Energy Healer and Intuition coach. I deeply believe that we all have the ability to live a life beyond our dreams when we are guided by our own intuition and Spirit. I work with people wherever they are on their journey whether that be learning the effects of stress, clearing internal blockers (limiting beliefs, traumas, subconscious reprogramming), or developing their intuition and spirituality. I take my clients from feeling stuck in their day to day, overwhelmed when thinking about the future, and disconnected from their bodies to living a life of gratitude within their soul and a deep knowing that they are guided, loved, supported and more than enough just the way they are. From there all their goals and even bigger dreams seem easy and effortless. I work with clients one on one and facilitate group events in San Fransisco, Austin TX, and Envision Music Festival in Costa Rica.

What lights me up the most is when my clients tell me , “Emma, I didn’t realize life could be like this. I didn’t realize I could be this happy and feel like I can truly have everything that I want.”
