Using art exercises you’ll confront the obstacles that limit your growth, whether it is anxiety, imposter syndrome, grief, or self-sabotage, you will be guided to release what keeps you stuck and open space for renewal, resilience, and transformation. Designed for everyone, whether you’re an experienced artist or simply curious about exploring creativity. This retreat invites you to embark on a journey of self‑exploration and discovery through art, writing, movement and connection.

This retreat blends Art Therapy and cognitive behavioral tools for emotional well‑being. With over 30 years of experience as a board‑certified Art Therapist, licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Pamela guides you to use creativity as a pathway to healing, self‑discovery, and personal growth.

Set in the Old Smyrna Firehouse, a beautifully renovated historic venue with both indoor and outdoor spaces that inspire creativity, exploration, and connection. The retreat is limited to just 15 participants, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience.

Friday Evening (6–9 PM): The retreat begins with art, appetizers, and introductions—an inviting start designed to spark curiosity and build community. Through the expressive use of line, shape, and color, Pamela gently facilitates a series of creative drawings and paintings that help you access your subconscious and awaken deeper self-awareness.

Saturday (10 AM–4:30 PM): Immerse yourself in a full day of creativity—drawing, painting, writing, movement, collage, poetry, and deep discussion. Breakfast and lunch are provided, so you can fully relax and engage.
