The Emerald Club has partnered with one of our favourite local cafés, Oldhand Coffee in Downtown Langley, to bring you a morning movement experience unlike any other.
Introducing Awaken: a yoga and coffee series designed to start your day with intention, connection, and your new morning ritual. Held in the cozy upstairs loft at Oldhand, this 45-minute class blends gentle flow, functional mobility, and breathwork, inspired by our signature TEC style, to help you awaken the body and mind.
After class, head downstairs to grab a coffee or tea and ease into your morning in good company.
