Join Stellar Life Coaching and Dina Brady Coaching for a powerful breathwork experience. We will come together to slow down from our daily lives, and create space to connect and heal collectively.
Breathwork is a bridge between the mind and body. We can use the breath to alter our state of consciousness, help regulate our stress response (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn), release stagnant energy in the body, and heal past trauma.
Seats are limited to 20, as our beautiful space is intimate, please register to reserve your seat.
We have 2 scholarships available for every offering, for anyone with mitigating circumstances who cannot afford the costs. Email [email protected] to request your scholarship, these are only available first come first serve.
All you will need to do:
• Wear comfortable clothes (like for yoga)
• Bring your own yoga mat (We will have some but not enough for all)
• Bring a comfy blanket and a pillow. You will be sitting and laying down throughout the practice.
• Bring your own eye mask (we will have some if you don't have one)
• Water bottle
