Helen Forster is a space holder devoted to guiding souls back to the profound wisdom within their own bodies and hearts. As a retreat facilitator, soul work guide, and Integral Energetics Practitioner, she weaves together movement, breath, sound, and ceremony to create transformative experiences grounded in safety, presence, and deep inner connection.

Her work is rooted in the belief that when we remember the truth, we remember our own innate power. Helen supports this remembering through practices that cultivate emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and a return to what feels deeply aligned.

Known for her gentle strength and intuitive leadership, Helen creates containers where participants feel seen, supported, and invited to step into their most authentic expression. Her offerings are an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to lead life from the heart.
