The holiday season is upon us. Between family gatherings, work demands, and everything else competing for our attention, it's easy to put our own well-being last.
What if this year, you gave yourself something that lasts far beyond the holidays?

Join Cosmic Rose Wellness for an intimate, in-person Kundalini Reiki Level 1 training and initiation—an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn a simple practice you can carry into everyday life.
Imagine taking five minutes to center yourself before an important meeting, finding a moment of calm after a demanding day, or sharing a gentle, comforting practice with a loved one.
During our time together, you'll explore the origins and five principles of Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, the chakra system, energy awareness, self-Reiki, chakra balancing, foundational hands-on techniques, space clearing, and the Level 1 Reiki symbols. You'll also participate in a guided Kundalini Reiki Level 1 initiation.
You'll leave with a 33-page training manual, a Level 1 certificate, foundational techniques for continued practice, and connections with like-minded people.
Led by Lynn Gravatt, an aerospace engineer turned consciousness teacher and Kundalini Reiki Master with a Reiki lineage spanning more than 100 practitioners.
Whether you're completely new to Reiki or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, you're welcome here.
Five hours to learn. A lifetime to explore.
