Experience the power of this ancient site of pilgrimage in the heart of Kent at a yoga retreat weekend just for women. With the daily responsibilities as a wife, partner, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, employee, carer we can often forget that we are all beautiful goddesses regardless of our age, our physical appearance and abilities.
Join your sisters at this summer retreat weekend and awaken your inner goddess!
Using the Hindu goddesses Saraswati, Lakshmi and Durga as our inspiration we will work through yogic practices over the weekend to awaken the energies of creativity, beauty & abundance and our warrior spirit.
The cost includes all teachings, accommodation for two nights in simple, clean rooms in the great Courtyard and lots of food (!) in the 13th century Pilgrims Hall.
