Join us for a magical healing class
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bring a yoga mat or borrow one from us.
Bring a journal or use a note pad at the studio.
We have blankets and bolsters in the studio to help you get comfortable.
We will use crystal bowls, koshi chimes, essential oils, and props to help promote restoration.
Expect movement and restorative poses in your session.
