We begin with a gentle cacao ceremony, sharing a warm and grounding cup of ceremonial cacao designed to open the heart, deepen presence, and heighten intuition. As the cacao settles into your system, you’ll be guided through a soothing Yin Yoga practice—long, supported poses that soften tension, calm the nervous system, and create spaciousness within.
The New Moon offers a powerful energetic reset. Together, we tune into its quiet magic: reflecting, breathing, and planting seeds for the year ahead. Expect a serene atmosphere, vibrational sound from singing bowls, and space to reconnect with yourself in the midst of winter's darkness.
