We’ll explore the qualities of Kapha, how they show up during spring, and simple Ayurvedic routines and seasonal nutrition tips to support lightness, motivation, and balance. The yoga practice will be warming, uplifting, and dynamic—designed to awaken the body and refresh the mind.
