AWAKE: Rest and ResilienceSpring Wellness Retreat
HOSTS: Mary Backlund, Amy Mertz, and Erin Mann are friends rooted in the connection of the physical practice of yoga and in the act of holding space for one another in sacred circles. These ladies bring knowledge spanned over varying generations of life experiences. We are each looking forward to spending time with you this Spring.
LOCATION: Otsego Resort- Hilltop Lodge
