We are delighted to welcome Kunsang Palmo back to Cayman for her fourth visit, an inspiring opportunity to learn from a teacher whose life has been devoted to meditation, study, and genuine inner transformation. A Buddhist nun and senior student of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, she brings the teachings of the Tergar tradition to life with warmth, clarity, and deep compassion.
In the busyness of everyday life, it’s rare to pause and truly reflect on what matters most. This weekend retreat offers a powerful invitation to step out of routine, slow down, and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning and presence.
