CANCELLATION POLICY:
📍 Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
📍 Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested on or before AUGUST 1 (FRIDAY).
📍 Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before JULY 14 (FRIDAY).
📍 Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:

■ To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled on or before AUGUST 1 (FRIDAY).
■ REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
