Community breakfast to raise money for The Avenue of Flags Building Project.
I WILL ALSO BE COLLECTING DONATIONS FOR A SILENT AUCTION!! Please call me or text if you can donate 509-440-4208!
A portion of every breakfast purchased will be donated to the American Legion Post #37 to ensure the tradition continues and there will be a donation station for cash donations as well!! All Veterans and Community members are encouraged to join us to help raise money for this important and special project!!
There are currently 500-700 flags in their care and each flag represents a local Veteran who is no longer with us. Each flag has the Veterans name and branch of service and is attached to a metal pole that is displayed at the Hermiston cemetery every Memorial Day! Their goal is to raise $100,000 for the 24’x40’ insulated building to properly store and repair the flags
