đ¤Be Prepared for your Western Snowmobile Adventures!đ¤âAvalanche Skills 2025â New classroom session with hands-on transceiver use, demonstrations, PowerPoint and video. Emphasis is on avalanche transceivers and route finding in avalanche terrain. Class will start with a review on avalanche accidents, how to prevent getting caught, the most dangerous avalanches, and avalanche equipment that works best. Will progress to new advanced rescue techniques, terrain analysis and transceiver use. Students should bring their avalanche gear to class (transceiver, shovel, probe, pack). Bring your riding partners.
