Join Laura and Anthony for a guided forest bathing session, where we’ll gently explore the healing power of nature through mindful walking, connecting with our senses, learning about edible plants, quiet reflection and a tea ceremony.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing invites you to reconnect with the natural world and receive its calming, restorative energy.
