Oh, the details of this are vast: the beauty of the red bricks in the courtyard, the Japanese maples igniting the senses in shades of red, the reverb of sound in the courtyard. Just the beginning of a fiery connection within. Eyes closed, surrounded by sound and depth of spirit, follow the path with me as we meditate and connect with crystal and ceramic singing bowls.
If by chance the weather goddesses have chosen for rains or snows to fall from the skies, we have the option to head upstairs to my office space. Yet, rest assured we have options, but bring something warm and comfy to sit upon, a warm coat, and comfortable clothes if we remain outside.
