We will settle into poses for 2-5 minutes, allowing our bodies to melt at the point of sensation, increasing our capacity for connection, flexibiity, serenity, conciousness, and letting go. Use this time to create space for the new possibilities already waiting to unfold in your life.

What to bring: Yoga mat, eye mask, bolster, blanket, socks, water bottle, journal and pen -- We will have some of these items on hand, but you may wish to bring your own.
