Join Erin from The Edible Flower, a chef, recipe developer and cookbook author for a unique gin-infusing workshop. In this session we will be creating gin flavoured with wild autumnal ingredients including hawthorn berries, elderberries, rose hips and blackberries, alongside other seasonal ingredients and a range of herbs and spices.
Erin will guide you through the process of creating your own bespoke jar of flavoured gin to take home with you. You will also learn how to make flavoured syrups and cordials from herbs and other foraged ingredients. We’ll make a syrup together and everyone will get a jar to take home with them. A delicious seasonal cocktail and some snacks will be provided.
An information pack with everything covered throughout the evening is included. This workshop is suitable for vegan, dairy free and gluten free but please let us know your requirements when you book.
