• Heart-opening Hatha Yoga Sequence to tap into the magnetic energy of the heart

• Practice of Gratitude Writing Exercise to raise our vibrational state

• Manifestation Techniques through Intention Setting, Scripting and Self-concept work to expand our consciousness, activate our creativity and cultivate self-love (journal heavy)

• Visualization/Guided Meditation and Crystal Quartz Sound healing to heal, integrate and attune our frequency to our manifestations!
