We will begin by opening up the space and setting our intensions followed by some movement to connect with our bodies and grounding inward with meditation. After dropping inward we will begin the journey of conscious connected breathing, using the breath as a tool for healing and self-discovery. By engaging in conscious breathing techniques, breathers can navigate and release emotional blockages, promote deep relaxation, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
This process helps individuals connect to their inner selves, fostering greater self-awareness and clarity. As you breathe intentionally, you may experience the release of stored tension and stress, leading to a sense of liberation and emotional balance.
