Visitors are invited to enjoy a peaceful three-mile loop through Sandilands’ newly developed nature reserve — an ideal opportunity to refresh the senses and reconnect with the natural world.This gentle walk is led by volunteer walk leaders and offers participants the chance to take in coastal views, observe local wildlife, and optionally take part in a litter pick to help care for the area.
Thanks to the installation of new hard-standing paths and boardwalks as part of the Sandilands landscape works project, the route is now fully accessible and suitable for all abilities. Participants are encouraged to walk at their own pace and enjoy the fresh air. Well-behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.
This is a free event and no booking is required. Donations are gratefully received and go directly towards the ongoing care and conservation of National Trust Sandilands.
