Come and join us in the cozy logged fired barn and escape into deep relaxation with a beautiful sound bath. Tune into the mind and body with the gentle soft playing of the gong’s crystal bowls and a variety of instruments. Embody the subtle tones of the voice of Helen. You will be gently guided into relaxation and will share refreshments after the one hour session of rest.
