Join Rising, our Studio Manager and owner of Guided Heart Wellness, for an evening of restoration and deep relaxation as she weaves together sounds from gongs, ceramic singing bowls, chimes, and more. Attending a sound bath is a unique experience every time. Sound bath participants have reported reduced stress and anxiety levels, better sleep (sometimes during the sound bath!), entering deep meditative states, improved mood, and reduced pain. Of course these experiences have not been evaluated by the FDA and we make no promises to the experience of anyone attending, but we think it’s worth a try. ;-)
Please note you will be laying on a yoga mat for this experience. While props are available at the studio, please feel free to bring your favorite pillow and any other items that would help you to be comfortable for the duration. If the weather has turned cool, please bring warm layers as most people experience a drop in body temperature while in a restful state.
This event has been priced with a desire to serve our community and the various income realities in Asheville.
