Autumn Serenity - Guided Meditation & Sound Bath
As the leaves begin to change and nature gently releases what no longer serves her, you're invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your own inner peace.
Settle into stillness with a soothing guided meditation, followed by the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other sacred instruments and sounds.
Allow yourself to release, restore and replenish as you embrace the peaceful energy of autumn and turn inward to the wisdom and light within.
Come pause. Come breathe. Come home to yourself.
Just $33
Please bring a mat, or anything (blankets, pillows, etc.) that will assist in your comfort. There are also zero gravity chairs - please request with your reservation. Register via Venmo @Christine-Sustar; or ZELLE; [email protected]; or Contact Christine at [email protected].
I look forward to sharing this experience with you!
