As the days get shorter and the nights get cosier, it’s time to slow down, snuggle up and pour all that sweet, sweet love back into YOU. Join us at the dreamy Gulliver's Farm in their Wellness Yurt for a night of self-love, connection and pampering that’s all about softening into your heart as we meet daylight savings.
Arrive in your cosiest pyjamas and let yourself melt into a soothing yin yoga session, surrounded by fairy lights and the warm, nurturing vibes of the yurt. Afterward, indulge in decadent, creamy hot chocolates and dreamy, melt in your mouth pumpkin spiced cookies crafted by Kat at Vamos Kitchen. Then, we’ll take a magical stroll through the pumpkin patch and farm - perfect for those autumnal Insta snaps!
To end this dreamy afternoon, we’ll sink into a full hour of soul soothing crystal sound healing - the perfect way to let go, breathe deep and sink into that sweet self-love energy. We’ll close with a heartfelt sharing circle, a sacred space for reflecting, setting intentions and soaking up all the cosy self-love vibes.
Your Retreat Day Itinerary
Lillie’s retreats are planned energetically nearer to the time depending on where the moon will be and as her intuition begins to download messages for the day, this means the itinerary is subject to change but this is an outline of what to expect although you should expect a million percent more and Lillie will give you her all.
2:30pm Arrival & Welcome Settle in, and meet your fellow self-love community
3pm Yin Yoga Sink into a restorative practice to release tension and invite relaxation
4:15pm Hot Chocolate & Cookies Break away from the yurt and connect deeply
4:30pm Pumpkin Patch Stroll Snap Some cute pics and soak up the autumn magic
5pm Crystal Sound Healing An hour of dreamy sound healing to melt away stress
6pm Sharing Circle & Closing Ritual A sacred space to reflect and set intentions
*Yoga will be suitable for all levels, options and variations always offered.
