As demonstrated by the seasons and nature, life is a series of changes and cycles. These seasonal retreats offer you time away to recharge, restore and reflect.
This Autumnal Retreat will be located in Perthshire, at Burmieston Farm & Steading, around an hour’s drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh. This beautifully restored steading provides an abundance of peace and space with expansive countryside views. It offers wide open spaces, fresh air and natural beauty. There will be no wifi or TV so this is the ultimate digital detox.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Planned activities combined with personal space to ensure ample downtime throughout the day to wander/ explore on your own, or with others. We will come together as a small group to practice and to share meals.

PRICING
Prices for the whole weekend retreat, based on room type, include: all yoga/ relaxation sessions; food/ drink, and accommodation. There are five en-suite bedrooms - two dorms, two doubles and a single.
