As the vibrant energy of summer softens into the grounding embrace of fall, we are invited to slow down, release, and realign.
"Autumn Reset" blends the gentle stillness of Yin Yoga with the healing wisdom of Acupuncture to create space for deep rest and renewal.
Through long-held, supported postures, Yin invites you to soften into surrender—opening the body, quieting the mind, and attuning to the season’s rhythm of letting go.
As you rest in savasana, acupuncture points will be gently applied to support balance, immunity, and energetic flow—guiding you into profound relaxation and restoration.
This workshop is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, nourish your body and spirit, and reset your energy for the season ahead.
No prior experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to receive and restore.
