I'm really excited to announce that the lovely Annie of @yogaformindbodyandsoul and I will be hosting our first Autumn Reset retreat together at the beautiful @newmoonmill in Eversley 🙏🏼💛🏞️🍂
The day will consist of movement, meditation, connection, journaling, nourishment, setting intentions and letting go of the old....all within the gorgeous surroundings of New Moon Mill which is on the river bank, nestled amongst tur woods. 💙💚💛
