Join us for a soul-nourishing Autumn Reset Retreat — a weekend of deep restoration, reflection, and reconnection with the rhythms of the season. As the energy of autumn invites us to let go and turn inward, we’ll align body, mind, and spirit through intentional practices rooted in ancient wisdom.
We will reconnect to Nature's Embrace and disconnect from the outside world to come back to our inner peace and centre.
Through the powerful practices of Qigong, Ancient Tai chi, Yin Yoga, and Conscious movement, we’ll harmonise with the metal element of Traditional Chinese Medicine — supporting the lungs and large intestine, and gently releasing what no longer serves and building up our immunity for the season ahead. Experience the healing vibrations of deep resonant gong sound baths, the warmth of a spiritual fire ceremony, and the heart-opening richness of cacao ritual, all held in sacred space in Aberdovey.
Nourishment will come not only through practice and connection, but also through seasonal, TCM-inspired meals crafted to support vitality and balance during this transitional time.
