Step into the beauty and abundance of fall with an evening of deep rest and renewal. Allow the rich vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, flute, gong, voice, and more to gently wash over you—calming the mind, balancing the body, and reconnecting you with your inner stillness.Guided by Nadeen al-Jijakli, certified Sound Practitioner, this immersive sound bath offers a peaceful yet powerful space to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and simply be.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you relax—lying down on a yoga mat or sitting, if preferred—while resonant instruments create healing soundscapes. The frequencies can support stress relief, deep rest, energy clearing, and overall wellbeing.
You’ll be held in the welcoming space of EssentialZen, surrounded by supportive props and soothing vibrations. Bolsters and blankets will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring anything extra for your comfort.
All are welcome. Simply arrive as you are, bring your yoga mat, settle in a few minutes early, and let the sound carry you.
