Join Sarah and Lisa for a deeply nourishing practice after a busy summer.

Finding inspiration from the changing of the seasons and the falling leaves, a reminder that we too can make space to release and renew.

Opening with ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts with intention, connecting in community. Remembering we are all connected. Grounding into the earth through Cacao, a sacred heart opening plant medicine.

Transitioning into somatic movement, finding ourselves in our bodies and cultivating body awareness through our movements. Lisa will guide us through a gentle warm up, somatic dance and release, and awareness prompts along the journey back to ourselves. Releasing the hustle of summer behind and finding more internal intention as we surrender to the changing seasons.

Sarah will then guide us through a deeply restorative yoga practice to help regulate your nervous system. Accompanied by a relaxing sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Allowing the frequency of the bowls to replenish your mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

Sealing this beautiful journey with intention and connection.
