Autumn Nature, Healing & Wellbeing Weekend Retreat

Through harvesting from the wild, learning to grow your own plants, and preparing and eating food together, Julia & Daphne share their extensive knowledge helping you to connect more fully with the medicine and food plants provide.

This residential retreat will deepen your knowledge on the power of plants to heal and enhance wellbeing and is for anyone who wants to understand more about herbal medicine and nourishing food - suitable for both those just beginning the journey and practitioners.

The weekend starts with a massage on Friday afternoon (the time of massage determines time of arrival though you are welcome to arrive anytime after 2pm) followed by supper and finishes at 3pm on Sunday.

What you need to bring

shoes suitable for walking, loose fitting clothes for morning movement session, apron, notepad and pencil.

Farmhouse accommodation, with your host Sally, is next door to the Byres.
