This mini retreat will allow you to stop (!) savour, and connect with the Autumn Season through an indulgent few hours of meditation, yoga flow, yin and guided relaxation - ALL to nourish mind, body and soul in order to leave feeling replenished and relaxed. Ready for a good sleep and of course more Autumnal loveliness to come!

What's included?
10 minutes ~ arrival, chai tea, settling
30 minutes ~ meditation visualisation and breathwork
10 minutes ~ comfort break
90 minutes ~ yoga practice, yin and relaxation
30 minutes ~ goody bag gifting (snacks included) to close plus option of warm drink
