Fri Sept 18, 2024 8:30pm Join us for an evening of deep restoration, relaxation, and energetic renewal through guided meditation, crystal therapy, and immersive sound healing. To enhance experience, you will take home a crystal as a gift and supporting tool for this occasion. Together we will journey into a calming light visualization inspired by the Autumn radiance, allowing healing energy to gently cleanse, recharge, and restore the body, mind, and spirit. Each participant will experience crystal healing support while being bathed in soothing frequencies from singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and other therapeutic instruments designed to calm the nervous system and promote inner peace. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, comforted, and renewed in a peaceful golden glow.
✨ Bring a small pillow for comfort and a yoga mat. We also have some mats available.
