The Fall Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance, when day and night stand in quiet harmony. As nature begins its transition into autumn, we are invited to slow down, reflect, and gently release what no longer serves us.
Inspired by the Metal Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this two-hour experience is designed to support deep rest, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation through the practices of Yin Yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and Reiki.
The invitation:
- Grounding Meditation & Breathwork – Begin in quiet reflection with a guided meditation and alternate nostril breathing to cultivate balance, presence, and inner stillness.
- Nourishing Yin Yoga – Settle into long-held, fully supported postures that gently open the body, encourage deep release, and stimulate the Lung and Large Intestine meridians associated with the season of autumn.
- Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath – Rest in an extended savasana while the resonant tones of crystal bowls invite profound relaxation, helping to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.
- Individual Reiki – Receive gentle hands-on or hovering Reiki during savasana to encourage energetic balance, deepen relaxation, and support your personal intention for the season ahead.
Whether you are moving through a season of change, carrying the weight of daily life, or simply seeking a quiet space to reconnect, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, restore, and return to yourself.
All are welcome. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
