Autumn Glow & Flow: Moms Night at 8th State

Take a well-deserved evening for yourself and join Lake Country Littles and 8th State in Oconomowoc for an exclusive night of movement, relaxation, and connection with other local moms.

🔥We’ll begin with a 45-minute heated Mat Pilates class (gently warmed to 85°), designed to strengthen and energize your body with a special focus on the core and glutes. Using light dumbbells, resistance bands, and Pilates balls, this low-impact class will leave you feeling strong and refreshed. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one & feel free to bring a change of clothes for after class as well.
