Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in nature through all your senses. This is not a hike or a workout, but a slow, meditative walk designed to help you connect deeply with the natural world. Through guided prompts, mindful pauses, and quiet reflection, you’ll experience the calming, restorative benefits that nature offers.
Expect a relaxed pace, a welcoming group, and plenty of space for personal reflection. No experience needed, just come as you are.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing and layers suitable for the weather
- Waterproof shoes or boots
- A bottle of water however a warm herbal tea will be provided.
The £1 ticket fee is to cover the cost of the refreshments.
