Kick off the evening with a calming 60-minute Qigong session led by Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino, founder of Sadana Center in Clearwater. Often called “meditation in motion,” this gentle practice includes flowing movements, mindful breathing, and grounding energy ~perfect for all levels (no experience needed)! 🌿💫
After opening your body’s natural energy, relax and receive a 40-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath to help your body unwind and integrate deeply.
Then, at 7:15 PM, we’ll enjoy the sunset together 🌅, followed by warm spiced apple cider 🍎🔥
Investment: $55 per person.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything else to keep comfortable.
