Autumn Equinox Yoga at Ozarks Farm Stop

Join Essential Yoga Studio's Sunni Nutt for a new seasonal offering at Ozarks Farm Stop in downtown Springfield! First up, an exploration of yoga through the lens of Autumn Equinox and a celebration of all things Fall to come - on Saturday morning, September 26 from 915-1015a!
Together, we'll move through a practice that incorporates grounding and warming yoga postures to complement the wind and water that often accompany the Fall season, guided meditation to support the season of turning inward, and breathwork that supports the nervous system through shifting energies of autumn. Participants will also receive an informational handout on shifting seasons through an Ayurvedic lens.
Our yoga practice will last approximately 60 minutes and participants will have the opportunity to visit and shop Ozarks Farm Stop, an indoor farmers' market and commercial kitchen, after practice.

Dress comfortably for indoor yoga practice; please bring your own yoga mat and any yoga props you'd like to use during your practice.
Ozarks Farm Stop is located at 401 South Ave, Springfield MO. Street parking is available downtown. Doors open at 9a.
Sensory Experience Expectations: this event takes place in a public setting that supports farmers' market style booths of produce, refrigerated foods, handmade goods, plants, and more. The venue has a concrete floor with overhead lighting and we may hear other customers talking and enjoying their visit with Ozarks Farm Stop.
$30 per person. Please book your spot in advance. Registration lasts until event start time but a 3-person minimum the day before the event will be observed.
