Join us in sacred community as we welcome the turning of the seasons with an evening of yoga and sound healing under the open sky. The autumn equinox invites us into balance—day and night, light and dark, movement and stillness. It’s a time to ground, reflect, and realign with nature’s rhythms.
We’ll begin with a heart-opening yoga flow guided by April, designed to release tension, awaken vitality, and bring harmony to body and breath. As the sun begins to set, we’ll transition into a sound journey led by Charlotte. The soft glow of twilight will carry us inward as the tones of crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments create a sanctuary of rest, nervous system restoration, and inner clarity.
Throughout our time together, the gentle presence of horses will surround our practice. Horses embody grounded strength, freedom, and intuitive connection. Their calm, steady energy invites us to attune more deeply to the rhythms of the earth and to our own inner balance.
Together, yoga, sound, and the wisdom of these animals support the season’s invitation: to find equilibrium within ourselves, to honor what we are ready to harvest, and to soften into the transitions ahead.

✧ Yoga mat or blanket for practice
✧ Water bottle
✧ Layers or a cozy wrap as the evening cools
✧ A journal & pen for reflections
✧ Any small offering (flower, stone, or intention) you’d like to place on the altar (optional)
✧ Natural bug spray will be available but feel free to bring anything that will help you rest deeply in this space
